In addition, we manufacture polyurethane moulds; with its high impact and abrasive resistant properties it is an ideal material for the protection and handling of sensitive products and surfaces. Here at 4TECH Limited we have also utilised the excellent surface replication properties of polyurethane in the manufacture of moulds for the wetcast concrete market.

4TECH Limited has recently invested in a new Shelley vacuum former with a bed of 2000 x 1000mm to allow the forming of larger mouldings making us a more versatile option for your project.
