At 4TECH Limited we work hand-in-hand with clients to ensure that the product delivered meets and exceeds the original brief. We take an idea or concept, evaluate the requirements and design a solution.

Two key areas we cover are outlined below;

Manufacture of high speed, low cost Sample Moulding
Our design team will create an on-screen CAD prototype for evaluation and approval by the client. The approved design will then be prepared into tool CAM data for CNC machining in timber or resin tool board. The tool will be hand finished by our in-house team prior to Vacuum Forming a quantity of samples for final approval by the client.

Manufacture of Production Mouldings
Following prototype sign off, production tooling is created by CNC machining from aluminium billet or high heat tooling board or alternatively, is sent off for foundry casting, often the most cost effective solution. Production volume mouldings are then manufactured and CNC trimmed on one of our 5-Axis routers. Tooling can then be held on site for future production runs subject to commercial agreement.
